The Office of Student Records and Registration records consist of registers for classes, cadets, music students, and other students (1860-1937); programs for graduation ceremonies (1915-1966); and lists of World War I veterans enrolled at the university and alumni killed in World War II. Also included is correspondence between the Office of the Registrar and various campus entities, including the Faculty Senate, the Board of Supervisors, the Office of the Chancellor, and the Office of Academic Affairs. Other materials include memorandums, reports, and minutes that cover topics such as admissions, standardized testing, course offerings, course credits, degrees, enrollment, student fees, student grade reports, registration, residency requirements, and student aid.
